Meet Tore
Grounded. Honest. All in.
Tore started in sales in his early twenties. He moved into real estate in 2009 and became a Managing Broker in 2016, walking alongside agents through their best wins and their hardest seasons. That's where he figured out his real passion was helping people grow into who they're capable of being.
He also has deep governance and board experience and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. That mix lets him bridge strategy, accountability and human behaviour in a way most coaches can't.
In 2023 he hit a personal breaking point. It became a turning point. Today he's a vocal champion for mental health, especially for men, and he coaches from that same honesty.
Husband to Tammy, dad of three, and an advocate for autism awareness alongside his family. Happiest on the golf course or at Christina Lake.
